(Al-Fath'h) 48 : 28
هُوَ الَّذِي أَرْسَلَ رَسُولَهُ بِالْهُدَىٰ وَدِينِ الْحَقِّ لِيُظْهِرَهُ عَلَى الدِّينِ كُلِّهِ ۚ وَكَفَىٰ بِاللَّهِ شَهِيدًا
He is the one who has sent His Messenger with the Guidance and the true way of life to be It supreme above all ways of life, and Allah is enough as Witness.
It is told in verses 9: 33; and 61: 9 that He is the one who has sent His Messenger with the Guidance and the true way of life to be It supreme above all ways of life. The verse 48: 28 ends as ‘and Allah is enough as Witness’, the verses 9: 33; and 61: 9 end as ‘even though the disbelievers are hating It’. See explanation 3: 19, 85; 13: 43; and 48: 6.
