(Al-Fath'h) 48 : 28
هُوَ الَّذِي أَرْسَلَ رَسُولَهُ بِالْهُدَىٰ وَدِينِ الْحَقِّ لِيُظْهِرَهُ عَلَى الدِّينِ كُلِّهِ ۚ وَكَفَىٰ بِاللَّهِ شَهِيدًا
He is the One who has sent His Messenger with the Guidance and the true way of life to be It supreme above all ways of life, and Allah is enough as Witness.
It is told in verses 9: 33 and 61: 9 that He is the One who has sent His Messenger with the Guidance and the true way of life to be It supreme above all ways of life. This verse ends with, ‘and Allah is enough as Witness’, whereas the verses 9: 33 and 61: 9 end with ‘even though the disbelievers hate it’. See explanation 3: 19, 85; 13: 43; and 48: 6.
